Found in: Ux'kal Center (Ruins of Ux'kal)
This guy comes with a Frostheart of Cÿaneus. Both monsters are ice type mages. The elite's attacks include Snow Blizzard and Ice Mirror. The Frostheart is the same as the normal enemy and uses Douse and other debuffing/damaging disciplines.
