General Questions

What is Pandimus?

• Pandimus is a browser based MMORPG set in a medieval world where the powers of good and evil are waging against one another, and evil has the upper hand. Imperia, the last home of the humans, is in dire need of heroes to protect the land, with several of the kings and queens having been slain during the disastrous after math of the betrayal against the Ux'Kal Lizardmen, and Queen Nigra releasing the dark forces upon the land and essentially becoming the brood mother of the darkest creatures, the Akari. Players enter a land torn apart by disease and lack of alliances and full of enemies spanning from vengeful spirits of the Ux'Kal War and creatures that reside within the Morkha Forest to great ogres and beasts that rule the elements. Gather your friends and form guilds and help one another to become great champions and save Imperia.

How does the game work? How do I play?

• In Pandimus you control a character during the course of the game. The main goal is to enhance your skills, attributes and equipment to be able to compete in the tournaments or defeat several enemies and monsters in the world while questing.

Can I play Pandimus in a phone or hand-held device?

• Yes. On the Iphone if you have a stable wifi connection you can play online with a phone.

I don't understand the general map. Where am I?

• Your character is not represented physically. Your character is in the zone you see and that's the one you can interact with by clicking on the items located in it.

How can I get new pieces of equipment, weapons or money?

• You can get new items by buying them in the shops or killing mosters. In addition, you can get money working in the shops, killing monsters, fulfilling achievements, or buying it with real money. Weapons and armor as well as other items can be found in the Auction House, sold by other players.

Buy game money with real money?

• Yes, in the upper-right icon, the one like a shopping cart, you can buy game money for real money. You have to buy gems and exchange them for either badges or gold.

What can I do with the money?

• Get healed in the healer.
• Buy items.
• Train your character when not playing actively.
• Trade with other players

I canceled while working or training, Why didn't I get anything?

• If you cancel an action you will get no reward from it. If you finish 3 hours and 59 minutes out of 4 hours and end the training prematurely you will gain no rewards. You must wait the full 4 hours.
• Remember that you don't have to keep your browser open while training or working.

Miscellaneous

What do I do if I find a bug?

• Notify it to us through the "Error reporting, Feedback, FAQ and Abuses" icon. Choose the kind of notification, give it a representative subject, an exact description and if needed attach an image. We will try to verify, reproduce and fix it. Thanks in advance for your help.

Feedback, FAQ and Abuses?

• If you have any feedback on how to make the game better, or any doubt that is worth being added to this section, you can send it to us through the same form. If you receive an abusive message from another player, you can notify us with a screenshot and we will take the actions needed. We are thankful again in advance.

How can I contact an administrator or game master??

• As we said previously, you can contact us through the FAQ icon. If it's something special, we will reply you through your in-game mail. Moderators and Administrators are always on everyone's friend list, labeled with a red name.

How can I delete an account?

• Trough the Options Icon. There you can delete it or reset it.

Reset my account?

• In Pandimus you can reset your account in case you don't like your characters, so you don't have to delete the account and create it again.

Can we play with more than one account?

• Yes, but you are limited to two accounts being played at one time.

What if a friend and myself play on different accounts but from the same connection?

• No problem.

I don't know the meaning of some icons

• Hove your mouse over then and a pop-up will tell you what they are.

What can I do when Pandimus is not working?

• If you can't connect to the game website, it's probably because we are on maintenance. Try a bit later again.

Can I sell my game account?

• It's not allowed to sell your account and doing so can lead the account being canceled. If you know of any case, let us know and we will investigate it. Thanks again.

An administrator asked me for my password. Should I give it to him?

• For your safety, no administrator will ask you for your password ever, so do not give it away to anyone under any circumstance and never use it in unofficial websites.

Combat

What does the signs besides the monster's names mean?

• "---" extremely easy , "--" very easy, "-" easy, "+" hard, "++" very hard, no sign = normal

Why can't I attack?

• In the first place, you need to have, at least, a weapon equipped in the main hand.
• Your attack cost, in mana or stamina, must be lower or equal to your maximum mana or stamina.

There are more than one monster at the same time

• In that case you will need to form a group to defeat them, unless you are powerful enough.

What combat strategy should I use?

• Combat strategies are useful when there are more than one monster to attack. It will depend mostly on how you want to focus your attack, attack the strongest, the one with the most initiative, etc.

How can I start a group?

• When attacking a monster, you have the option to fight alone, join a group from the list or create your own.

How can I communicate with the members of my group?

• The game incorporates a chat system before and during the combat.

Can I speak with my enemies in a tourney?

• Yes.

Why is my health back to the value I had before the combat?

• Health regeneration is only effective during the combat. Once it's finished, the effect is lost.

Character

How do I open my bag?

• The bag can be opened by clicking on the "Bag" icon on the upper bar.
• Another option is to right-click on the bag slot of your character.

How do I equip an item from the bag?

• Drag it with your mouse to the corresponding place.

How do I use necklaces and rings, and what do they serve for? How they work? Are they expendable?

• Rings and necklaces are items you can equip in your character's inventory. They increase your stats and/or skills much like any other item. You can buy or sell them in the Jewelery or on the Auction House.

How do I increase my strength?

• Strength can be increase by using skills that require it. They can be used by fighting monsters or other players, or training a skill in their respective building.

What purpose serves blocking or setting to lower a skill?

• Your character have a limit of 300 points for attributes and 600 for skills. You can check this limit and the point's already spent in the Character Screen. Once you start to reach those limits you will be interested in controlling the attributes and skill you want to keep and for that you will have to block or lower the skills or attributes you are not interested in.

Where is the reward for my title?

• When you fulfill an achievement, you will receive the corresponding reward in your mailbox. Check your mail to obtain it.
