This guy uses snow blizzard, Ice Spear, Ice Armor, Chill, Frost Ball and normal attacks. His debuffs are annoying but with a good healer and enough other people, you should make it. One other possible strategy is to have dark mages absorb his ap, making him unable to make strong attacks.
